GS LIGHT supplied the TPE Series LED tri-proof light as the standardized lighting solution for the project. The GS-TPE1500-60W combines a 1.5m linear design with 60W power, 7,800lm output and 130lm/W efficiency.
For a project requiring more than 10,000 fixtures, the standardized configuration provided a consistent production reference from sample approval through mass production, inspection, packaging and shipment.

Parking lots, parking garages & large-area functional lighting
The GS-TPE1500-60W was selected as the primary lighting fixture for this Saudi Arabia parking lot project, with more than 10,000 units supplied. Its 1.5m linear design provides 7,800lm of luminous output from a 60W configuration, making it suitable for large-area lighting applications where consistent product specifications and high-volume supply are required.

Find answers to common questions about LED tri-proof lights, parking lot lighting and large-volume project supply.
Ask the supplier to quote against a fixed technical specification rather than comparing only unit prices. At minimum, compare the exact model, power, lumen output, efficacy, CCT, CRI, beam angle, input voltage, driver brand/model, IP rating, operating temperature, surge protection, lifetime, warranty and certification. Also confirm whether the quoted price includes the driver, mounting accessories, emergency function or other options. Otherwise, two fixtures with the same wattage may not be technically equivalent.
Do not approve a sample based only on appearance. Record the final production specification before mass production, including LED type, driver, power, lumen output, CCT, CRI, housing material, dimensions, wiring and optical configuration. The supplier should use the approved sample and specification as the production reference. For large orders, buyers can also request pre-shipment inspection records and batch information so that deviations can be identified before the products leave the factory.
Request the photometric file for the exact model and configuration being quoted, not a similar product from the same series. Check the luminous flux, beam distribution, CCT, mounting orientation and whether the file represents the actual production configuration. If the fixture has multiple optics, power levels or color temperatures, each configuration should have the corresponding photometric file. The file can then be used in DIALux or other lighting software to verify the proposed layout.
Use the same technical specification and request the same documents from each supplier. Compare the actual fixture configuration, component brands, photometric files, certifications, test reports, sample quality, production capacity, quality-control process, warranty and lead time. For orders involving thousands of fixtures, also ask how the supplier controls component changes during production and how defective units are handled before shipment. This creates a like-for-like comparison instead of choosing a supplier based mainly on price.
Avoid specifying only wattage and product type. A project specification should define measurable requirements such as minimum luminous efficacy, delivered lumens, CCT, CRI, beam distribution, input voltage, IP/IK protection, operating temperature, power factor, THD, surge protection, lifetime, certifications and warranty. Requiring IES/LDT files and relevant test documentation also makes technical submissions easier to compare.
For large orders, approve the sample before releasing the full production order whenever the fixture specification affects the project design or installation. The approval should cover not only appearance but also dimensions, mounting method, electrical parameters, CCT, CRI, optics, driver configuration and accessories. If any key component or specification changes after approval, the supplier should obtain approval for the revised configuration before continuing mass production.
