What is UGR ?

UGR (Classificação de brilho unificada) é um método para calcular o brilho das luminárias, luz através de janelas e fontes de luz brilhantes.

A classificação UGR ajuda a determinar a probabilidade de uma luminária causar desconforto às pessoas ao seu redor. Por exemplo, the discomfort that a LED Panel will cause the worker within an office. Esta classificação varia de 5 para 40, com números baixos indicando baixo brilho, A luminaire with a UGR lower than 10 criará brilho zero.

Glare is a common problem in workplaces. Inappropriate luminaires cause excessive brightness to be ‘bounced off’ reflective surfaces, such as computer screens, whiteboards, etc.. This can cause disruption for the occupants of offices, in terms of headaches & eye trouble, which can then lead to employee uncomfortable.
