Most frequent questions and answers

Our high bay lights mainly fall into two categories: the UFO type and the linear type.
The UFO type includes series U6, U7, U8, U10, U12, U14, and U15; the linear type includes series L2, L3, and L4. Different series have their own focuses in terms of power, luminous efficiency, functions, and application scenarios. For example, the Food Grade LED High Bay Light - U14 Series is mainly used in food factories, livestock farms, and other scenarios.

Most of the series have an IP65 protection rating. Some, such as the linear series, reach IP66, offering excellent dust and water resistance. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor environments in warehouses, industrial facilities, retail centers, manufacturing plants, etc. Some models can also withstand harsh conditions.

The light effect has a wide coverage. For example, the U6 series adopts high-efficiency light sources, the U7 series offers 150lm/W (standard) and 190lm/W options, and the U8, U15 and other series can reach up to 200lm/W, which can meet the diverse brightness requirements of different places, from ordinary lighting to high-brightness scenarios.

The UFO-shaped industrial miner's lamp has a circular appearance and is designed compactly. It is suitable for uniform lighting over a large area, such as warehouses, stadiums, and factories. The linear-shaped industrial miner's lamp is in the form of a long strip, with a more directional light distribution, which can reduce shadows and glare. It is suitable for large areas with high ceilings and shelf passages, etc.

Supports 0-10V dimming, DALI dimming, etc. Some series such as U7, U10, L2, etc. can also be equipped with intelligent functions like microwave sensing, infrared sensing, Zigbee wireless control, etc., enabling automatic on/off and dimming, achieving energy-saving effects.

Supports both suspension installation and surface installation. Among them, suspension installation can be achieved through accessories such as stainless steel chains and U-shaped brackets. For some series, such as L3, the installation hole positions can be adjusted, making it convenient for on-site flexible installation according to the requirements.

Each series has a wide range of power coverage. In the UFO type, the U6 series ranges from 100W to 300W, the U7 series from 100W to 320W, the U8 series from 100W to 240W, the U10 series from 60W to 240W, the U12 series from 100W to 240W, the U14 series from 60W to 200W, and the U15 series from 100W to 200W. In the linear type, the L2 series ranges from 50W to 240W, the L3 series from 50W to 250W, and the L4 series from 50W to 320W. These can be selected according to the lighting area and height of different places.

The lamp bodies are mostly made of ADC12 die-cast aluminum shells, which have excellent heat dissipation performance and durability. The lenses are usually made of PC material. Some are high-transparency and anti-yellowing PC lenses, and some are equipped with 5mm tempered glass lamp covers (such as the L2 series), which can resist aging and provide soft light.

The service life is 50,000 hours. The installation is quite convenient. The bottom of the light strip is equipped with 3M adhesive, allowing for direct sticking and installation.

Its operating temperature range is from -20 ℃ to 45 ℃.

The LED strip of the Free-cut Series has a cutting length of 8.33mm and 1 LED per unit. It can be cut in units of 1 LED, offering high flexibility.

The Multi-Color Series includes color types such as RGB, RGBW, and RGBCW, which can meet various color requirements.

The types of LEDs used in the product include SMD3528, SMD2835, SMD2216, SMD5050, etc. The LED density (the number of LEDs per meter) ranges from 60 LEDs/M to 288 LEDs/M, and some models in the Pixel Series can even reach 288 LEDs/M, meeting the requirements for different brightness and uniformity.

The edges are rounded. You can choose the option of a custom silicone sleeve, or have the corners hidden by embedding them into a slot.

Check the power supply (voltage / power matching), the positive and negative terminal connections, and whether the cutting of each unit is correct.

For short-distance and low-power applications (such as in cabinet lighting), choose 12V. For long-distance applications (such as in living room ceiling), choose 24V to reduce brightness attenuation.
