Low Glare Tubular LED Lights
Tubular LED lights are professional lighting solutions specifically designed for harsh environments.
It combines low glare, high protection and high efficiency. Not only can it operate stably in humid, dusty and high-pressure rinsing environments, but also through precise beam angle and high color rendering, it can meet the lighting requirements of different spaces.
From industrial buildings to public facilities, from tunnel projects to port equipment, its outstanding performance and durability provide a bright, comfortable and reliable lighting experience for various scenarios. It is the preferred lighting fixture that combines functionality with a sense of quality.
Low Glare Tubular LED Lights UGR<19
With the use of transparent lampshades and professional reflective design, a low-glare effect with UGR < 19 is achieved. The light distribution is uniform and soft, effectively reducing visual fatigue and creating a comfortable lighting environment.
Whether it is an industrial workplace with long-term operations or a public space with high requirements for visual comfort, it can avoid glare interference, making the visual experience more pleasant and enhancing the overall lighting quality of the space.
Low Glare Tubular LED Lights Optional Beam Angle
The tubular LED lights offer three beam angles of 40°, 60° and 90° for selection. Different angles are suitable for different space requirements.
- 40° beam angle: The light is concentrated, suitable for areas requiring focused lighting;
- 60° beam angle: Balances both coverage and concentration, suitable for most general scenarios;
- 90° beam angle: Has a wide irradiation range, capable of meeting the needs of uniform lighting over a large area.
And regardless of the beam angle, it can maintain a low UGR value, ensuring visual comfort while expanding the lighting range.
IP69K High Protection Tubular LED Lights
The tubular LED lights have a protection rating of IP67 & IP69K. They not only completely prevent dust from entering but also can operate normally under a water pressure of 100 bar (equivalent to 1450 psi) and at a temperature of 80℃. They can withstand extreme conditions such as high-pressure water flushing and short-term immersion in water.
Whether it is a damp underground garage, a dusty industrial workshop, or a food processing plant that requires frequent cleaning, they can all withstand the erosion of harsh environments and ensure the long-term stable operation of the lighting fixtures.
Durable Material of Tubular LED Lights
The casing is made of Milky PC/PMMA material, with 304/316 stainless steel end caps and mounting brackets. It features both impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
The PC/PMMA casing achieves an IK08/IK10 protection level, capable of withstanding external impacts.
The stainless steel components can effectively withstand humid and corrosive environments, thereby extending the service life of the lamps.
From material selection to processing techniques, every detail ensures durability and reduces the cost of maintenance in the long run.
Tri Proof Tubular LED Lights Intelligent Dimming Control
The tubular LED lights support two professional dimming methods: 0-10V and DALI. They can be adjusted to the desired brightness according to actual needs.
The 0-10V dimming operation is simple and compatible with most conventional dimming systems.
DALI dimming technology offers more precise brightness control and system compatibility, making it convenient for integrating into intelligent lighting systems.
High Light Efficiency about Tubular LED Lights
The tubular LED lighting system has an luminous efficacy of up to 150 Lm/W, combined with a high color rendering index (CR>80), which accurately reproduces the true colors of objects. Whether it is the color recognition requirements in industrial inspection scenarios or the visual presentation needs in commercial spaces, it can precisely meet all demands, achieving the dual advantages of efficient lighting and high-quality light quality.
Tubular LED Lights Multiple Lamp Connection Design
Three-core or five-core wiring configurations are available as options, meeting the electrical connection requirements of various scenarios.
Whether it is a simple single-lamp power supply or a complex multi-lamp networking, stable connections can be achieved through the corresponding wiring configurations, adapting to the electrical design specifications of different projects, providing convenience for engineering installation and system expansion, and reducing the complexity of construction and maintenance.
Installation Mode of Tubular LED Lights
The tubular LED lights support two mounting methods: Surface Mount and Suspension Mount. You can choose the appropriate one based on the space structure and lighting requirements.
Surface mounting saves space and is suitable for ceilings or equipment surfaces;
The suspended installation can achieve a more flexible lighting layout, suitable for installation scenarios in large spaces such as factories and tunnels. The installation process is simple and it is compatible with various building structures.

IP69K Tubular LED Lights Dimension
Select the corresponding size based on the space size and lighting power requirements, ensuring the compatibility between the lamps and the installation environment. Whether it is a compact space or an open area, you can find the appropriate specifications to achieve a unified balance of aesthetics and functionality.

Applications In Different Scenarios
IP69K tubular LED lights are suitable for a wide range of demanding scenarios, including tunnels (where low glare ensures safe driving), garages (where IP69K protection is used to cope with humid environments), industrial plants (where high durability and efficient lighting meet production needs), cultural public facilities (where high color rendering restores space and enhances exhibition quality), urban transportation hubs (such as airports and railway stations, where large beam angles achieve large-area lighting), and can also be used in residences, ports/naval facilities, water treatment plants, etc., which are places with strict requirements for protection, glare control and reliability. They are high-quality lighting equipment suitable for multiple fields.
Low Glare Tubular LED Lights FAQs
The beam angle should be selected according to the installation height and lighting coverage. A 40° beam provides more focused illumination, 60° offers a balance between coverage and intensity, while 90° is suitable for wider lighting areas. All three options are designed to provide comfortable lighting with controlled glare.
No. A lower UGR mainly means better glare control. The optical design helps distribute light more comfortably without simply reducing the light output of the LED Tri Proof Lights.
Yes. The product is available with Milky PC or PMMA housing to meet different project requirements.
Surface mounting is commonly used where ceiling space is limited, while suspension mounting is suitable when the fixture needs to be positioned lower for improved lighting distribution.
Yes. The low-glare optical design of Low Glare Tubular LED Lights helps create a more comfortable visual environment for workplaces and public facilities.
