Tempered Glass Cover & Stainless Steel Structure
The LED Batten Lamp combines a tempered glass cover, metal bottom shell, and stainless steel clips for a strong and stable fixture structure. The tempered glass provides high light transmission and heat resistance, while the metal shell and stainless steel clips enhance heat dissipation, structural strength, and resistance to aging for demanding industrial and commercial applications.
LED Batten Lamp with IP65 Dust & Water Protection
The LED Batten Light features IP65 protection against dust and water jets, making it suitable for humid and demanding environments such as car washes, canopies, underground parking garages, and industrial facilities. Its enclosed construction helps protect the fixture from dust and moisture during long-term operation.
Color Temperature Options for Different Applications
LED Batten Lamp offers 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, 5700K, 6000K, and 6500K options to suit different project requirements. Warm white from 3000K–4000K is suitable for areas where a more comfortable visual environment is preferred, while 5000K–6500K provides a cooler, clearer light for work areas, warehouses, and industrial environments.
0-10V or DALI Dimmable
Our LED batten lamps support flexible dimming functions, with options including 0-10V, DALI, and other dimming methods. This allows for easy brightness adjustment to adapt to a variety of scenarios.
High Luminous Efficacy
Our LED batten lamp achieve a luminous efficacy of up to 160 lm/W, providing excellent brightness while significantly reducing energy consumption and helping to lower operational costs.
LED Batten Lamp with Microwave Sensor
LED Batten Lamp can be equipped with a high-frequency microwave sensor for occupancy-based lighting control. When ambient light is above 25 Lux, the fixture remains at low brightness. When ambient light falls below 25 Lux and motion is detected, the fixture increases to 100% brightness. This configuration is suitable for warehouses, parking garages, corridors, and other areas with changing occupancy.
Emergency Function of LED Batten Lamp
LED Batten Lamp can be equipped with an optional LiFePO4 self-test emergency battery. When the main power supply is interrupted, the emergency function automatically switches to battery power to maintain illumination. This configuration is suitable for corridors, underground parking garages, public facilities, and other projects requiring emergency lighting.
Selectable Dimension and Wattages
The Batten Light is available in 18W, 36W, 50W, and 60W options with different fixture lengths to meet the lighting requirements of various project spaces. The 18W model measures 700 mm in length, while the 36W and 50W models measure 1300 mm, and the 60W model measures 1600 mm. These configurations are suitable for corridors, workshops, warehouses, parking garages, and other commercial and industrial spaces.
It supports two flexible installation methods—surface mounting and suspended mounting—allowing it to easily adapt to ceilings of different heights.
Long Lifespan & High Warranty Assurance
LED Batten Light is designed to operate from -20°C to +40°C, with an L70 rated life of more than 54,000 hours at Ta 40°C. With a 5-year warranty, the TS Series is designed for long-term use in industrial and commercial lighting projects.

Certifications About LED Batten Lamp
LED Batten Lamp is available with CB, CE, and RoHS certifications for applicable configurations. These certifications provide supporting documentation for electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and restricted-substance requirements in relevant markets.
LED Batten Lamp Project Case In Egypt
In 2019, GS LIGHT supplied LED lighting products for the Mintra Garment Factory in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. The project included 1,986 LED luminaires across six models, with LED Batten Lights used in general factory and production areas. The project provides a real-world reference for applying LED Batten Lamp solutions in large-scale garment manufacturing facilities.
LED Batten Lamps Applications
LED Batten Lamp is designed for industrial, commercial, and public facilities requiring reliable linear illumination and enclosed fixture protection. Common applications include factories, warehouses, workshops, parking garages, corridors, supermarkets, covered loading areas, and other general-purpose facilities.
- Industrial Facilities: Factories, workshops, warehouses, production areas, storage areas, and other general industrial spaces.
- Commercial & Public Facilities: Parking garages, corridors, supermarkets, schools, libraries, gyms, and public facilities.
- Transportation & Covered Areas: Covered loading areas, docks, service areas, and other spaces requiring protected linear lighting.
LED Batten Lamp FAQs
LED Batten Lamps are commonly used in factories, warehouses, parking garages, workshops, corridors, tunnels, supermarkets, and other commercial or industrial spaces that require broad and consistent illumination.
LED Batten Lamps provide linear, wide-area illumination while supporting different power, dimming, sensor, and emergency configurations. This makes them suitable for projects with different lighting layouts and operational requirements.
Yes. The TS Series can be equipped with an optional LiFePO4 self-test emergency battery, allowing the fixture to provide emergency illumination when the main power supply is interrupted.
Selection should consider the area size, mounting layout, required illumination, operating conditions, and control requirements. Smaller spaces may require lower-power fixtures, while larger production areas can use higher-power configurations with suitable spacing.
Yes. Their linear form makes them suitable for continuous rows, individual fixtures, and regularly spaced layouts. The final arrangement can be adjusted according to the ceiling structure, mounting height, and lighting requirements of the project.
Yes. GS LIGHT can support project-based product selection according to the application, installation conditions, required lighting performance, and control requirements. Customers can provide project layouts, lighting requirements, or BOQs for evaluation.
Yes. For OEM/ODM projects, GS LIGHT can discuss product configurations and requirements based on the project or brand specifications, including functional options, component selection, and product appearance.
