AZIZI Riviera Rêve is a luxury waterfront residential development located in Dubai. The project includes 27 residential towers designed to deliver premium living experiences. GS LIGHT supplied architectural facade lighting solutions, including LED wall washers, landscape lighting, and customized lighting systems to enhance the building's nighttime identity while improving energy efficiency and visual impact.
The lighting design required a solution capable of enhancing the visual identity of multiple high-rise buildings while maintaining consistency across the entire development.
Challenges:
Our engineering team optimized beam angle combinations, completed lighting simulations, and customized fixture layouts to ensure uniform illumination across the building facade.
A unified 3000K warm white lighting scheme was adopted throughout the project to create a refined and welcoming nighttime atmosphere. Carefully controlled beam distributions emphasize building proportions, façade textures, and architectural details while maintaining visual comfort.
GS LIGHT supplied a combination of LED wall washers, flexible neon lights, and underground lights to deliver uniform facade illumination, architectural accents, and seamless landscape integration throughout the development.
The architectural facade lighting solution delivers a consistent and elegant nighttime appearance across the development while enhancing the visual identity of each tower.
